Bucher Emhart Glass’ maintenance philosophies and guidance are the result of all our technological experience within the glass container industry, and more recently when we conducted the largest global research initiative related to maintenance to date.
This allows us to further support an industry transitioning from a reactive to a more predictive approach. The Maintenance Operational Audit is a key part of our Maintenance+ offering.
- It provides in depth analysis of maintenance practices over the whole product lifetime in reference to Bucher Emhart Glass maintenance guidelines and recommendations.
- It’s constructed based on years of expertise in forming technology, with research gathered from over 50 customer sites worldwide, including more than 300 production lines.
- There are four main areas of focus: Maintenance Management, Maintenance Procedures, Spare Part Management, and Equipment Condition.
- Detailed assessments are executed by our Global Head of Mechanical and Maintenance Services and a Senior Maintenance Service Engineer, which are then consolidated in a single report highlighting areas of improvement.
